Here's my little Fella. Cooper. Got him brand new (10 weeks) back in June 09. He's half Border Collie (His dad was a show-dog) and half Miniture Foxy. Nature can be cruel haha.

Unfortunately, lost him in the break-up with the ex, so haven't seen him for a few months now. But I'll organise to grab him for a few weeks over Xmas ;-)

Haha we've (Dad back on the property) got a horse called Beau too! he's an Arab, a big grey (almost white, but you don't call a white horse white, they're all grey. no idea why) fella with mahoosive feet! But very gentle, and he'd be ~22 by now I think. I will also look for a photo

Attached (hopefully) is a picture of our first Bullmastiff, who we called Tenzin. We got him in 1999; hence my CR name. Unfortunately Tenzin passed away last year, but we will not forget him.

My girl is on her way out, my first long term mate. I occasionally have dreaded thoughts on what will happen when she goes, in fact I had a close call a few years ago and she got me through. So sorry to hear you lost Tenzin but ten years can be pretty good, eh.

    So here is Beau:
    100_1250.JPG
He's the one onthe right. Bay with white star, about 22 y/o gelding, reportedly arab/ warmblood cross, good doer, strong, timid, lacks a bit of self assuredness. I didn't have time to ride when I got on the farm and at the moment is on loan to a friend. The other is my partner's young horse, a locally bred arab with a big arse for an arab, should be a good endurance mount once he settles in.

She's a stayer, diagnosed two years ago with 3-6 mnths to live with a rare condition, insulanoma (spelling?), a tumor on the pancreas that results in continuous secretion of insulin and thus an inevitable lack of blood glucose. I can sense how she is and if I need to stick around, if she goes low in blood glucose I give her a small amount of glucose by mouth and in 30 secs or so she comes good. Some times it needs a few hits. She is old so only hangs around the house but is very happy to so so, some times does "laps" of the yard the sleeps for two hours :). Also has arthritis ans can't jump up onto the bed so no more cuddles, but no more slobber balls at 2 am in the ear hole either:lol
Do you have a new dog?

Well my handsome lad is clearly a Border Collie :)
Has great blood lines on both sides of his family, Grand Master PooBah Australian something's....
And the breeder almost wasn't going to give him to me when she discovered I was going to de sex him and make him a member of my family.

Picked him up on Aust Day as a pup, and nowhere is a dashing, too clever for my own good, five year old.

Attaching pics of the first day we met, and also a more recent shot :). I introduce Oscar.
