Hi, I just thought you might want an update on what is happening with the court case over Jon's death. It has been found that the driver was in the wrong and failed to give way, as it stands she is facing 'failure to give way causing death' and a neg driving charge. This carries a 12 month loss of license. She has put in her plea of not guilty and we will likely have to go to trial over it, there is a chance she will get off all charges... So that sucks but other than that I am doing well, I had the baby and named her Jonelle, her and my oldest (that you met at the memorial ride) are doing well, I hope you are well also.

Ice, thank you so much for your attempts to save Jon, he was my world and all his friends and family deeply respect you and admire your courage. I hope you are dealing with it all OK as Im sure what you saw and did wasn't easy.
