Can you tell me where I can find the procedures for sending and receiving private messages

procedures? Not sure we have them written anywhere...
It's fairly easy though via the Inbox link in the top right corner of the screen... it then has few drop down options - such as start a new one; see all... and even will have a list of your most recent ones. Is that what you mean?

David. I went with the Kreiga.

I'm still learning my way around the site, so no I hadn't looked at those threads. Will do so. Thanks.

On the accessory topic, imagine the size of it concerning mufflers - maybe even tyres.

Everyone knows about the benefits of grip warmers and there probably isn't much choice. But how about bark busters? Is there a wide choice? Do they vary in benefit?

Just an example of more random musing over the past day.

      Cheers

Hi David - that would be great. You show me yours and I'll show you mine. My 20l and 10l bag arrived and I've kinda got the straps connected.

      David.

Thanks for correcting your initials. Never trust memory.

Today, while watching a youtube video the reviewer said he added a Scott oiler a "no brainer". Now in my limited exposure to bikes, I had never come across this device. So as the day progressed I kept ruminating on this "no brainer".

I began to wonder if an accessories sections might fit the forum. I was then off into a flight of fancy, considering that topics could be bike specific or accessory itself. Then I thought that it could be rated for usefulness or desirability.

We learn by trial and error which accessories are must have, which are kinda nice and which are a complete waste of time. But with the collective power of the members perhaps we could help one another on whats good and whats not.

Anyway. I thought I would pass this on to you and let you chew over it for a while and see how you process the thought.

      Cheers

Hi David and thanks for your input on the Saddlebags vs panniers thread.

I respect your input as you were so positive about the product. I've visited the Kreiga web site but am unsure if it will be suitable for the Honda CB400. I've a couple of attachment points where okky strap clips can be attached but from what I read on the web site, it appears that the Kreiga system requires something more substantial than a knob. Perhaps you're familiarity with the system could clarify this point.

I also get the impression from the web site that the system can be easily expanded, so that if you start with a 10l bag, then a 20 can be added, and so on. Am I correct.

Is there an outlet for the product in the Canberra area, or is it only available online?

      Thanks again for your response.

      Cheers

Hey stranger. Due to work and footy commitments I've haven't been active much but will try my best to make it to coffee on Monday. I do however have a suggetion. Have you guys ever considered having fundraising BBQ's at the motorbike places on a weekend like they do at bunnings?
