350 Laro wont start

hi guys and girls,
I own a 350 Laro cruiser and it wont start unless you jump start the battery. When you do so it sits on its norm idal rev limit, but after a few seconds its starts to sound like a V8 idaling than after a few more seconds it dies. Even when trying to accelerate i have to turn the accelerator half-way to get it to respond and it feel extremely underpowered.
List of stuff i have done
1. Changed the sator and it wireing.
2. Cleaned the fuel pump.
3. Battery work fine.
(Side note when i changed the sator the first time it charged the battery but it died again and that leads to now)
4. Air filter is fine nothing wrong there.
And i tried a few more thing but cant remember, I’m a noob when it comes to bikes so any and all help is appreciated.

It sounds like the stator to me.

When my stator failed again, the seller of the stator claimed that he could not test it due the different diameter of the wires etc etc.
