Welcome to CR!
Howdy and welcome
ER6L sounds like a good bet for something to keep for a while.
Welcome to CR. alas no sharks with frickin laser beams on their heads here.
Welcome - you'll find all the encouragement you want and need around here. Ask questions in the Learner League - that's why it exists!
Howdy Doody Newbie!
We love new Learners here, they taste Great BBQ'd wih a little Gravy, err... I mean, we've got a pretty handy crew that can give you all the advice you could ever need, and even some you didn't! Yeah, thats what i menat!
Come meet us all at coffee on Mondays, we don't bite!
Jeez been a while but my bike is finally here. Few more days and i will have to actually try and remember what little ive learned some 3 months plus ago. Make that plus 4.
Check out the learner league, we have a ride and some practise on Sunday if you are game.
we do L / P rides semi regularly though mate as are the Learner Practise sessions once your bike is here
Hey so what do you think of the bike? How do you feel about it all?
Bike looks so small now. I like tinkering so have a few ideas already but it will stay standard for a while. Will see how long that idea lasts. Was over the whole waiting thing but I then went away with work anyway so made the time go more quickly. Not supa excited anymore but still keen as to give it a good crack. Just something ive always wanted to do but at the same time I want to do it well. Sore shoulder at the moment as I have a propensity to crash my pushie. Hopefully this doesnt transfer when riding a motorbike.
You got the Er6 then?
So close but so far. Still at CMC but saw it yesterday when fixing up some paperwork.
Did they prep it for sale yesterday?
You able to get it today do you know yet?
More than happy to change our meet time to CMC is you want mate... picking up a new bike is very very exciting!
No bike till Mon :-( BUT i have a CanberraRiders keyring now. Oggy knobs on the way too. Wonder if those GB Racing covers are worthwhile.
Well I lasted 4 days before I changed something :-/. Oggy knobs and rear seat cowl. Minus a few stickers, hate stickers. Rear hugger and radiator screen next on the cards.
Just need some nice weather or better timing for whats been on offer.
Nice bike, look forward to seeing it on the road some time.
:welcome!: your membership fee to the forum will be 1 BILLION dollars!!!!!!!!!!!
First ride around my suburb. Dont think theres a big enough smiley face. Wonder if my neighbours got sick of me putting around for the last 2 hours. Cant wait for those practice sessions.
That bike looks great!
