As an unhappy recent customer, I have some (hopefully constructive) criticism.
I would normally keep this private, but when I tried bringing anything up during the process I was basically met with, “oh well, sh** happens”.

First up, either have the prices listed on the bikes or have the people on hand know them off the top of their head. It sucks to have to wait for 10 minutes only to be given a ballpark figure.
I think the sales process needs to be more professional and structured; it seemed like absolutely everything was seat-of-the-pants. Any specifics regarding the sale were just scribbled down on a scrap piece of paper, which isn’t exactly confidence inspiring.
This is especially so when I ended up getting screwed over by the specifics that weren’t written down. Apparently my trust was misplaced, as it’s probably going to cost me a couple of grand down the track.
Speaking of written down, it would be a good idea to have the details of the sale available before contacts are being signed, etc. There were no details of insurance, finance, warranty, etc available at all. It would have helped me pickup said screw over before it was too late, and definitely would have influenced my decision.
It doesn’t help that it felt like I was haggling to even get the bike at full RRP (I ended up effectively paying more than RRP, so I could get the tyres I actually wanted put on). No, Yamaha supplied extras don’t count.

Communication was another issue. At one point, I had to come in to sign some extra paperwork. That would have been fine, but I only found that out because I called up asking what more I could do. Nothing was given voluntarily, including when the ETA was being delayed a few times.

More care should be taken when getting the bike ready. Receiving the bike with scratches over parts of it left a bad taste, having the throttle tube with ~15mm of free play wasn’t ideal, receiving the bike dusty and unwashed was just annoying, etc.

Unfortunately, unless I hear of significant changes I won’t ever be going back.

Yo, welcome to the Forum! I always love coming in for a chat and look around. Now that you have Triumph=AWESOME! Bummed I missed the Triumph ride day the other day. You should have pumped that advertising everywhere! I was going to come in and order a storm around Christmas until I saw the NightStorm notice the other day. So hit me up when you know the in house dates! I will have one on day one.

I am impressed with the response, Andrew. Looks and sounds like a business that is reliant on this area not having the choice to go elsewhere.

Pretty sure it is just for this weekend as they have a lot of suppliers bring gear in just for the sale and then take it back
