    Hi everyone,

I was directed here from one of your staff members who frequents another AU forum I visit. Never ridden before, but super keen on getting my L's very shortly (maybe even next week).

Outside of ANU circles, I don't know a whole lot of people around Canberra. I'll definitely be jumping at the chance to network and pick up some skills from some of the experienced CR members. Definitely happy to work hard at building up those competencies needed for my P's (and beyond).

    Cheers,

I wonder what percentage of Canberra's ridding population got their licence purely because of the array of juicy motorcycle parks on the ANU campus? :p
I work one day a week at ANU, and two days a week at Canberra Hospital (another place with hotly-contested car parks + an abundance of motorcycle parks... haha)

Anyways, thanks all for the warm welcome!

Funnily enough, I was at RSES for work but got my licence a loooooong looooong time ago in a state far away (where parking was cheap and abundant in all forms). But it definitely influences a few people, though not just from ANU: we had a massive influx when they brought in paid parking in the Parliamentary triangle etc.
