    Hey all, thought I'd head over to introduce myself, been wanting to get my licence for a while now and finally got my L's last week then just today took delivery of this shiny new ride today :yahoo.gif:.

    @Miggzie practices best practices, compared with 1) ex ACT instructor 2) MOST course instructor

    Also, once you are familiar with the Bruce U turn markings they are easy to use weekends at your convenience. IMHO the U turn is what you have to nail, and HEADCHECKS.

    On the MOST I got to practice braking, swerve, stop in box and cone weave BUT the U turn and the normally easy left turn box were severely compromised in the practice layout.

    Hello there. Make sure you ride as much as you can - it's the best way to learn. Don't focus on getting your 'P's' focus on improving your skills first!

    I found it really useful doing a practice session early, my U turn improved from really bad to just bad. My only goal was to stay upright, passing anything was a bonus. Then I just rode lots, letting what I had tried seep in subconsciously.
