He's a bit shy Riicho but nice enough. As you guessed, his name is David. He's mysterious... Sorta like The Stig.
Some say, he is unaware of other people... and that he's petrified of purple. Either way, he's called David .

Yes. Sell the Vespa. You're welcome. :)

If your ride the cruiser everyday, you should absolutely be getting your emergency braking etc sorted on it.

What time are you cruising over the kwangers DrEvil? Might be good to help some other newbies as well as do a bit of slow speed stuff myself..

CCY according to Google its about a 45 min trip from Gungahlin Woolies Caltex to the practice location via limestone so im guessing 1200hrs meet to leave 1210-1215.

Its about the same size as a Harley, a Suzuki Boulevard c50t, big turning circle, so had heard I would have trouble passing the MOST on it. But i agree with the sage advice above, need to learn the roadcraft on the beast, as it is the one I am using all the time.

I can't confirm/deny the test can be done on a C50 but it can be done on a Yamaha XVS-650 and I would think they are similar.

I really like your attitude about this BeccyLou - learn on what you ride is great advise, in my opinion. :up

I was able to do everything in the MOST on my C50 except for the cone weave. The last few cones would always end up getting taken out by my highway bars. You may have better luck if you dont have them fitted to your bike :)

thanks Madmonk, Riicho... gives me more confidence. I have no highway bars as yet, was intending to get those soon though, if nothing but to protect the beast from scratches. Well, give it a go, worst case scenario is failing the MOST. Does ACT govt not let you renew the Ls?

Thanks again to the guys for taking time out of your day to help us noobs learn how to be safer on those roads.

As I say, I'll shout you both a beer, or three, just as soon as I can have one with you, and get home, legally.
