You'd think that they'd get a shot where he was on a more road orientated line.

Actually Nigel did not mean to push the bike that hard, after all it is on public roads, but he could not resist the temptation from time to time to push it - a bit more. Otherwise he would have worn the LF Slider pants not kevlar jeans. Besides he is reviewing the naked V4 - the street version and there will be def. more shots in the magazine's next issue

 

I think your missing the point here brother.

Regardless of how hard Nigel is pushing, you or someone else has selected a photo which clearly shows Nigel riding a sleazy line.

 

Here, now everyone is happy.

 

Lovely photo, on its side, knee pointing down, makes the bike look small, then again so do I.

 

What makes it a sleazy line bro?

 

Seriously, who cares about his line, it's the jacket I am concerned about not critiquing someone's riding style from one picture as it is none of my business. Does anyone really take riding tips from apparel catalogues?

 

And my nanna says his shadow is taking an unnecessary risk in the second shot.

 

It's not about riding tips. It's about shit like this normalising a bad position. Trust me there is plenty of people with less experience than us on this site who see that and begin to think that sort of shit is normal.

 

Isn't the bigger issue that white motorcycle jackets, like white underpants, don't stay white for very long?

The secret is not to ride fast enough to splatter the bugs; rather, just let them fall off with superficial injuries. That'll keep your leathers clean.

 

There's less bugs over the centre line as the air turbulence is stronger .

I think some people do. This guy has it nailed perfectly. Too many people change their riding to suit the road

Well some take their apparel tips from riders so why not the reverse?
