    Thanks for the advice CT90 much appreciated.
    I usually only push it a bit near were I live.( not that I am pushing the bike to its limit more my own limits)
    Bonner streets don't seem to bad except for the few houses being built with the dirt and crap that gets spread out on the street.
    I take it easy as I leave my house with cold tyres and check the
    road is clean for a quicker return trip and I can see the corner condition before I am committed.
    I don't like pushing the bike or myself in to corners I can't see threw. I don't have the confidence in my own abilities for that.

    That's sensible. Don't forget that your tyres work best when hot (at operating temperature) and it can be difficult in suburbia to get them hot enough - that's where going on long rides is good, you don't usually have to worry about the tyre temps after the first couple of corners.
