    Re: New Memeber

Well Mondays is not really a meeting, its a social gathering for "Coffee" (Some have coffee some have "Coffee"). As for joining, no one joins, you just follow what's going on and join in the rides, events and conversastions. :up

Lurch is the Grand High PooBah, he started the forum with a couple of friends and is the soul of this loose association of motor cycle enthusiasts, Mamma Leen is the heart and I am the left big hairy toe. And there are quite a few other regular "characters" who will keep you entertained and well informed on most thing Motorbikes :wink

As for rides, look in the events section and just rock up to the rides you are interested in. Once again the group is a loose association so no hard and fast rules or regulations, just sensible guidelines and suggestions.

Use the search function lots as there is plenty of useful and useless info to go round. :wink

Well......................... I am not sure you would want to see most of the members nude... Could and would be very scary. ;)

As for pics, Most use a photo site like flicker or photobucket and just use the [IMG] tags with the URL from the link function of the site. I, being a complete loser geek just use my own website. :wink

    Re: Hello New People!

Rode to work this morning and the jacket is fine when ya got some speed going (round 60). Dont think that i'll go to the twilight ride if its soon need to get some practise in when i can see everything unlike at 11pm when i'll see a lot less.

Suggesting that i should bring my jacket to it are yuo assuming that i wouldnt ride with one? I just got my L's i aint going no where without that thing.

Heheh, sounds like my second attempt at SU. Absolutely pissed down and there I was with most of my wet weather gear, nice and warm  My helmet payed for itself that day too. :lol

Congrats on the pass. With some many new learners around, a few L friendly rides might be in the making.
