So, the helmets (and visors) will still be available OS, but not with the Aus compliance?

    That is correct

the cost of Oz compliance is too high for such low sales in the past year

Aus compliance is a load of bureaucratic shit. Bureaucrats seem to make it hard or near impossible for anything Australian made now days. I don't know why they have Aus compliance when Euro compliance is much more advanced. There's too many hoops to jump through now making manufacturing locally impossible to be competitive.

    here is an example
We have to do a working at heights safety course every 2 years now, It came in about 6 years ago. I've done the course 3 times. Last Friday I did the course again and the class knew more than the Canadian teacher who has been AUS for 3 weeks ( he told us he has been here for 3 weeks) teaching the class. The guy was getting shirty with us because nearly everything he said we pulled him up on to be wrong or against OHS laws yet we have pay him a couple of hundred each to get the ticket so we can work.

very sad to hear this Takamii and makes me a bit angry

Its not the government cost at all - they have nothing to do with it

its the certification/license by TUV that is killing it off

    But thank you Gazman

It is a shame because the helmets are legitimately awesome, a fact I was reminded by this morning when i put my old helmet on to keep the Carbon lid from getting drenched.

Agreed - Canberra people have been very supportive which I am extremely thankful for but there is only so many riders - the rest of the country - meh not so good - but then again its because I dont have the $ to market in magazines etc

also stores want to stock the helmets and sell them but pay for them 90 days after they have sold them - so in essence they want me to finance their business which is the best way for me to go bankrupt

Hey Takamii, love the gear you have brought into our market, so very sad to hear that you can't justify the cost of continuing to do so. Will be in Canberra in the next couple of weeks, so will touch base to see what stuff you have left. No doubt your stock will move quickly.
