    Gos went Forsetti for his LC. They're meant to be no worse than Mitakas.

    Personally I'd go OEM though in an RGV. Not a huge price difference if you say get them from the UK

    Thanks Supa. I've bit bullet and bought them.

    I'll be pulling the head off after a couple of ride days to do the squish, so if there's an signs of an issue then I'll call is lesson learnt.

    No worries :). We had some Mitakas in the ex's VJ21 and they cracked the skirt. Didn't damage the bore as I caught it early enough, OEMs a bit more bulletproof though.

    Forseti claims equal or better quality than OEM. I dunno. Guess we'll find out.

    New crank has arrived and barrels are about to go off to Electrosil. Only 1 is damaged but might as well let them see both.

    While it's apart Im keen to check over the gearbox too. I recall talk that they were weak, but never understood why. Do you have any ideas?
