Funny as fuck! Poignant in the current environment too... so many tools with so little idea of what's "cool". Seriously, this is about as good as modding your car with frangipani stickers or a southern cross sticker on your back window.

Here's a thought: why don't people with Lotus Elise's put Toyota badges on their cars? Toyota make the engine, it's the same bloody thing as putting a Chev badge on a Commodore...

Why not start putting Suzuki badges on Hyosung's? It's an SV 650 design produced in Korea, that's pretty close to the same thing...

yeah... it's true... I'm not a fan of pretending you have something you don't.

Funny this should come up - I've seen so many Chev badges in the last few weeks I had assumed Holden had started offering them as an option.

No, not trying to be witty, I really had come to this conclusion....

Oh and that Hitler rant scene has been used to great effect for soooo many things. I just love the utility of it.:D

    They have....

... and to a degree if its on the V8's its not entirely wrong considering an LS series engine is NOT a Holden engine... and the fact GM is the parent company... but its no different to putting vauxhall or opel stickers on holden astras etc..

and if you think the manufacturer doesnt do it... have a look at the HSV Astra.... all the badges say HSV/Holden etc.. till u look inside and the Dash still shows OPC - Opel Performance Center. ;)
Its not something i'd e doing but anyways....

as for frangipani's, southern cross or UNIT stickers.... well screw u guys then.

How long do you think it will take before the playboy bunny starts turning up on scooters?

So just to clarify - RM Williams Sticker combined with all the years I have been attending the Deniliquin Ute Muster and the Conargo Pub - those stickers aren't cool on the back of my 1978 Corona?

(Some times I feel so out of touch)

Couldn't help myself today - Saw a green Commodore Station wagon with Chevy badges today, thought of this thread and then realised how loud my laugh is inside the helmet

Riicho, considering where you live, I'd be amazed if you can make it out of your street without seeing one.

A good hearty laugh IS kinda loud in a helmet, isn't it? So are girlish shrieks....at least, that's what I've heard...
