Dale, im not having a dig - but I think you've got entirely the wrong attitude about training courses and crashing. I've done quite a few - and gotten a lot out of them - and never once crashed and did em all on my own bike at the time. Lots of other people I know have too. I dont think wether someone supplies a bike for you and doesn't charge an excess should be the very last of your considerations if at all when choosing a training course.

I recommend doing it on your own bike - every time.
But hey - this is just my thoughts......

I've done both the MASTERS and Advanced course at Stay Upright. Although they're advertised as 'track-based' taught on a 'circuit', they're definitely not about hanging off the bike or putting the knee down and they'll direct you to Superbike schools for that particular style of riding. Don't know about the Cornering and Braking one tho, although the promo says "Differentiate between track and road cornering techniques". Best to call them up and tell them directly what you're looking for before you fork out the dosh. :D ;)

Sheez Swabio. Thats a decent stack. What track was that?

Have any injures out of it? And most importantly.... what went wrong to get you into that position?
