How do you find your Z300 goes in a group ride? with bigger bikes.
I'm doing my Ls on a scoot that I will keep for the year round commute.
Just under 300 is a sweet spot for ACT rego, so once I've done my time and can ride manual I'd like something a bit more FUN.

It will get you to the legal limit no problem at all. Think V6 commodore type pace. Nothing life changing. Suspension is pretty rotten to be fair. Low speed damping is no existant. But hey abs and a slipper clutch on a learners some corners were cut

sounds like my Scoot, but with a top end. Half the time I think something is wrong with my tyres, the bouncing.
Time to lobby for a reduced 700 bracket? (or some other number)

(apologies if this is you) I will never forget the L rider who died following his older brother on the main drag exiting Melba (south). Always listen to yourself so there is a next time to do better.

Does it matter what I got my Ls on? I couldn't handle gears at the time but now.
My license is "C, R LRNR" so no mention of Manual. Hmm.

It'll be in the restrictions not the classes. Listed on the back iirc.

C restricted to 12 Adults and 4.5 tonnes, other than motorcycle.
    R Motorcycle riding
    Licence conditions: blank

    So no mention of manual.
Also, any motorcycle over 4.5 tonnes will be inside the LAMS p/w. I am a programmer.

C class is the one with the 4.5 tonne restriction. No mass limits on motorcycles for anyone :).

    Need to think about this.
The Scoot is perfect for the year round commute, but challenged for perfect conditions FUN.
Maybe a 125 just for the MOST? 2 (motor)bikes seems to be my minimum
